CKPower holds shares in Bangkhenchai Company Limited (“BKC”) representing 100 percent of its registered and paid-up capital. Furthermore, BKC has invested in the Monocrystalline solar power plants, consisting of five solar rooftop power plants and one solar farm power plant. Moreover, BKC has invested in the construction of solar power plants to sell all electricity to Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited

The company also holds shares in Chiangrai Solar Company Limited (“CRS”) and Nakhon Ratchasima Solar Company Limited (“NRS”) representing 30 percent of theirs registered and paid-up capital. We conducted studies as to whether the solar radiation intensity of the respective power plant sites was sufficient to produce electricity, prior to selecting locations or sites for the solar power plants.
