Summary of Responsibilities
Officer – Supervisor - General Ledger & Budgeting is expected to perform tasks on general ledger services for BIC & BKC and accounts receivable services for all CKP group companies and perform financial statement and budgeting, and ensure quality of operation and process standardization according to service agreements.
Responsibilities
Common Responsibilities in Shared Services Center (SSC)
- Gather information and assist General Ledger-3 and Accounts Receivable Manager to compile report for MDs and related persons on work progress and issues regarding accounting operation services.
- Ensure that all activities are performed based on group’s standard processes to operate efficiently.
General Ledger
- Perform Account Headings Management
- Keep account headings up-to-date to align with new transactions or changes in regulations.

- Perform Accounts Receivable Balance Management

- Register customer data after checking that the contract and credit status meet guidelines.

- Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment, following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications.
- Able to use hand-tools, power tools, and electrical and electronic test equipment: Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment, such as plumbing, Industrial washing machine, Water Purifier Machine and programmable controllers, following electrical code and blueprints, using hand tools and voltage tester.
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Connects power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment, following manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints, using hand tools and test equipment.
- Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
- Tests malfunctioning machinery, using test equipment, and discusses malfunction with other maintenance workers, such as Machine Repairer, Maintenance and Tool Maker, to diagnose malfunction.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
- Replaces faulty electrical components of machine, such as relays, switches, and motors, and positions sensing devices, using hand-tools.
- May diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
- May be required to hold or maintain current electrician's license or identification card to meet governmental regulations.

- Working with heavy equipment. Work includes the hydraulic high-pressure line, electrical system, and components.
- Work is obstructed or requires awkward positions. May be required to work outside in inclement weather conditions, exposed to noise, and a hot work environment. Work in a confined space or at a high elevation when necessary.
- The job requires constant attentiveness and awareness. Extreme pressure may exist in the event of an equipment failure or personal problems.
- Work is performed during the daytime. But it may adjust to shift during outage, on call, shift hours may be changed on occasion, and availability for overtime work is required.
- The use of respirators, protective clothing, and/or other personal safety equipment may be required.

General summary:

Xayaburi Power Company Limited (XPCL), an affiliate of CK Power Public Company Limited, representing 42.5 percent of XPCL’s registered and paid-up capital. XPCL is a company registered in the Lao PDR and is awarded the concession from the Government of the Lao PDR. for design, development, construction, and operation of the Xayaburi Hydroelectric Power Plant for a period of 31 years from the Commercial Operation Date.
Situated on the Mekong River in Xayaburi Province, Lao PDR, the Xayaburi Hydroelectric Power Project is located approximately 80 kilometers south of Luang Prabang and 1,900 kilometers from the Mekong River Delta. The power plant began its commercial operations on October 29, 2019, and boasts an installed capacity of 1,285 MW.

Summary of Responsibilities
Under (Sr.) Manager – Operation, performing duties assuring a safe, efficient, and reliable
Operation of the Power plant following or exceeding applicable standards and regulations within the guidelines of the Power Purchase Agreement.
- Responsible to support plant operation activities.
- Performing all duties in compliance with company policies, procedures, rule, and regulations on operations, safety
- Conduct and housekeeping.
- Protecting the investment in machinery, equipment and facility by exercising care, skill, training, and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Work in the daytime for support operator works OnShift to operate, control and record trends of generation unit, pumps, emergency generators, auxiliary equipment, various plant systems, water cooling systems, and spillway equipment through Local, remote or Supervisory control operating system in conjunction with the (Sr.) Manager – Operation.
- Ensure conformance with established policies, standard operation procedures (SOP) and Emergency Operation Procedures (EOP)
- Support plant operations activities, routine operating and maintenance, and overhaul procedures ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Conduct inspections and monitoring of related equipment to assure safe operation and to maintain operational efficiencies for power generation and water discharge.
- Start, stop, operate and control generation units, pumps, emergency generators, auxiliary equipment, various plant systems, water conveyance systems and dam equipment through Local, Local Automatic or Supervisory control.
- Monitor equipment indicators and make necessary changes to generation unit, pumps and spillways to maintain plant function and river level requirements.
- Take corrective action when responding to equipment annunciators, alarms and SCADA information. Initiates corrective measures needed to address or avoid plant contingencies and equipment emergencies.
- Monitor fluctuating river inflows during flood operation and control spill releases.
- Keep accurate and legible operation logs. Prepares and completes records and resorts on operations, system failures, water releases and power generation. Initiates work requests as needed.
- Communicate and coordinates with his/her supervisor on river changes, environmentally hazardous events and changes affecting the fish hatchery.
- Execute switching orders prepared in accordance with SOPs, established switching practices and facility instructions.
- Assist in assessing actual or potential damage to facilities and threats to personal safety during an emergency.
- Other task following supervisor’s assignment or company policy.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree of engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or other related field.
- At least 1 year experience.
- Experience in power plant business would be advantage.
- Good communication in English.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Technical Purchasing Officer is the person who responsible for purchasing of an array of products linked to the overall engineering field, including civil, mechanic, chemical and electrical and work with suppliers to ensure products needed to complete projects are available when required and are up to quality specifications, also can act as negotiators for price with suppliers and make sure that purchasing agreements comply with rules defined in corporate procedure.
Responsibilities
- Manage resources and activities required for the completion of high value purchase transactions, including sourcing, planning, and expediting purchase orders to support fulfilment of production schedules and spare parts orders.
- Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
- Act as a single point of coordinate between production and SSC procurement team to purchasing process for high efficiency.
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
- Evaluate and drive resolution on material quality, price, supply issues, delivery and invoice discrepancies.
- Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
- Processes orders and updates material delivery status through SAP
Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the purchasing policy. - Prepare reports related to daily job activities, report results to leadership.
- Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
- Being aware and playing a vital role considering the essential of Environmental Management in accordance with ISO 14001, Quality Management in accordance with ISO 9001, and Safety and Occupational Health in accordance with ISO 45001
- Other task following supervisor’s assignment or company policy
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related fields)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related functions.
- Experiences to use all Microsoft Office products and especially SAP will be advantage
- Good command in English and computer literacy

Summary of Responsibilities
Under the direction from Environment Manager or above position to comply, maintain, implement all environment and social impact Management (ESIA), Environmental and Social Management and Monitoring Plan (ESMMP), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) and also included Concession Agreement (CA).
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and supervision of all works associated with the ESIA, EMMP, SMMP, RAP, EMMP-CP, and CA process.
- Coordinate and corporate with all relevant authorities and regulators.
- Preparation and summarize of all related reports and documents as appropriate.
- Administer certain aspects of the environmental monitoring as it deems necessary.
- Develop and maintain the project environmental and social database.
- Develop and generate the project data and information for presentation and dissemination.
- Have knowledge of sampling and lab. analysis of water and related fields.
