Main Responsibilities:

SSC Common Responsibilities

  • Assist SSC Local Administration Manager to provide updated status of works for NN2 in supporting plant’s operation

General Administration

  • Perform general administration activities to support plant manager on day-to-day basis including managing the use of communication devices, arranging mailing & delivery services, managing petty cash (for plant), performing the onsite receipt for goods and services, arranging advance request for expenses, and clearing advance
  • Coordinate with vendors for the correct documents and prepare the request for payment of the utility’s expenses and administrative tasks’ expenses summitted for the approval such as telephone bill, electricity bill, car rental bill

Maid, Driver, and Vehicle Management

  • Prepare tasks schedule and control service standard for maids and drivers based on work process, work instruction, and service contract
  • Coordinate for vehicle usage and maintenance including periodic maintenance, motor insurance, vehicle taxes, vehicle fees, and the necessary permit

General Purchasing and Reserved Stock

  • Create purchase requisition for general procurement (i.e., office supplies, office equipment, consumables, asset)
  • Prepare reserve stocks of office supplies to be at the appropriated level in supporting business operation

Asset Management

  • Maintain and control on the asset owned by Local Administrative i.e., office equipment, office appliances, furniture & fixture, electrical appliances, air-conditioning system, safety system

Site Visit Arrangement

  • Perform site visit coordination and reception with Vientiane office, MD Office, and the relevant parties for visitors including Government of Laos officials and guests

Business Trip Arrangement

  • Arrange business trip for NN2 site employees with a coordination with SSC Travel Arrangement team

CSR and Community Relations

  • Perform CSR and community relations activities based on plan and assignment by coordinating to CSM and the relevant parties

Document Management

General Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing a small size engineering project from pre-construction phase to O&M phase in collaborating with Project Owner, Financial team, Legal team and other necessary stakeholders as well as in supervising EPC or other contractors.

  • The project management tasks include but not limited to :
    • Make a project schedule and monitor the progress
    • Define deliverables of the project
    • Handle raised issues ; analyze the root cause, implement solutions, and monitor open issues until closed
    • Assign and allocate project member
    • Control costs within an agreed budget

Pre-construction phase

  • Perform a wide range of skilled control operator duties required to operate, control and record trends of generation units, pumps, emergency generators, auxiliary equipment, various plant systems, water cooling systems, and spillway equipment through Local, Remote or Supervisory control operating systems in conjunction with the Plant Operation Shift Senior Engineer.
  • Ensure conformance with established policies, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and Emergency Operation Procedures (EOP).

  • Conduct inspections and monitoring of related equipment to assure safe operation and to maintain operational efficiencies for power generation and water discharge.

  • Monitor fluctuating river inflows during flood operation and control spill releases.
  • Keep accurate and legible operation logs. Prepares and completes records and reports on operations, system failures, water releases and power generation. Initiates work requests as needed.
  • Communicate and coordinates with his/her supervisor on river changes, environmentally hazardous events and changes affecting the fish hatchery.
  • Execute switching orders prepared in accordance with SOPs, established switching practices and facility instructions.
  • Assist in assessing actual or potential damage to facilities and threats to personal safety during an emergency.
  • Assist in the diagnosis of equipment problems through the use of schematic diagrams, flow diagrams, and personal knowledge base. Implements appropriate diagnostic procedures to detect problems when control system malfunctions or other system failures adversely affect operations.

General Summary

In engineering projects of hydro power plant, support Senior Engineer by drafting reports, presentation decks, contracts, technical correspondents, and technical references etc., in applying basic civil engineering knowledge, from pre-construction to construction phase. Support Senior Engineers to provide engineering consultations to O&M subsidiaries in accordance with Engineering Service Agreement.

Pre-construction phase

  • Draft reports, presentation decks, contracts, technical correspondents, terms of reference and technical references etc. to support Senior Engineers.
  • Support feasibility study process which include but not limited to supervise and monitor site investigations from civil engineering view point.

Construction phase

บริษัท ซีเค พาวเวอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดรับนิสิต นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3-4 สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล เคมี โยธา ประมง สิ่งแวดล้อม และภาควิชาธรณีวิทยา ที่มีความสนใจเข้าร่วมศึกษาเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจพลังงาน เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้เยาวชนของประเทศไทยได้มีโอกาสศึกษาหาความรู้ จากประสบการณ์ฝึกงานจริง คิดจริง ทำจริง และเรียนรู้จากพี่เลี้ยงอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจ และคุ้นเคยกับกระบวนการทำงานจริง เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการทำงานในอนาคต ปลูกฝังจิตสำนึก Mindset จรรยาบรรณในการทำงานและความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม สร้างสรรค์ และพัฒนาเยาวชนให้เป็นทั้งคนเก่ง และดี เพื่อพัฒนาประเทศชาติต่อไป
