General Summary
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Sr. Officer - Local Administration is expected to perform administrative tasks and related tasks in supporting plant's operation including document, furniture & fixture, general procurement of office supplies and consumables, maids, drivers, vehicle management at LPCL camp site, accommodation management at LPCL camp site, business trip arrangement, site visit arrangement, and the other community relations activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist (Sr.) Manager - Local Administration to provide updated status of works for LPCL in supporting plant's operation

General Administration
- Perform general administration activities to support plant manager on day-to-day basis including managing the use of communication devices, managing petty cash (for plant), performing the onsite receipt for goods and services, arranging advance request for expenses, and clearing advance
- Coordinate with vendors for the correct documents and prepare the request for payment of the utility's expenses and administrative tasks' expenses summitted for the approval such as telephone bill, electricity bill, car rental bill
- Facilitate the offering to the spirit house and arrange the other religious' ceremonies by cooperating with the advisor
Maid, Driver, and Vehicle Management
- Prepare tasks schedule and control service standard for maids and drivers based on work process, work instruction, and service contract
- Coordinate for vehicle usage and maintenance including periodic maintenance, motor insurance, vehicle taxes, vehicle fees, and the necessary permit
Workplace, Common area, Fitness room, and Accommodation at camp site
- Perform operations of workplace at LPCL camp site to be a safe, collaborative, and efficient workplace for all employees
- Perform operations of accommodation at LPCL camp site and other facilities including common area and fitness room to be a safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities
General Purchasing and Reserve Stock
- Create purchase requisition for general procurement (office supplies, consumables, asset)
- Prepare reserve stocks of office supplies to be at appropriate level in supporting business operation
Asset Management
- Maintain and control on the asset owned by Local Administrative i.e., office equipment, Office appliances, furniture and fixture, electrical appliances, air-conditioning system, safety system
Site Visit Arrangement
- Perform site visit coordination and reception with Vientiane office, MD Office, and the relevant parties including Government of Laos officials and guests
Business Trip Arrangement
- Arrange business trip for LPCL site employees with a coordination with SSC Travel Arrangement team
CSR and Community Relations
- Perform CSR and community relations activities based on plan and assignment by coordinating to CSM and the relevant parties
Document Management
- Properly initiate and renew the contracts related to administrative works
- Prepare and perform the documents with accuracy on time and follows the Company's regulations and policy
Other Responsibilities
- Perform any duties in a safe and economical manner, taking reasonably care of the health and safety, avoiding unsafe shortcuts or fail to follow established procedures that might negatively impact on health, safety or the environment

Xayaburi Power Company Limited (XPCL), an affiliate of CK Power Public Company Limited, representing 42.5 percent of XPCL’s registered and paid-up capital. XPCL is a company registered in the Lao PDR and is awarded the concession from the Government of the Lao PDR. for design, development, construction, and operation of the Xayaburi Hydroelectric Power Plant for a period of 31 years from the Commercial Operation Date.
Situated on the Mekong River in Xayaburi Province, Lao PDR, the Xayaburi Hydroelectric Power Project is located approximately 80 kilometers south of Luang Prabang and 1,900 kilometers from the Mekong River Delta. The power plant began its commercial operations on October 29, 2019, and boasts an installed capacity of 1,285 MW.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Sr. Supervisor - Safety is expected to work closely with O&M teams and SSC Insurance and Safety to provide technical and administrative supports to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and international standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze and report the safety statistic data. Prepare an incident/accident report to improve safety performance as appropriate.
- Identify, Investigate and provide guidance relative to root cause of incident, accident, near miss, employee safety programs and regulatory compliance related occupational health and safety.
- Carry out inspection and internal audit. Make recommendation and corrective actions as well as the responsibility for implement it.
- To implement effective occupational health and safety training plans e.g. hazardous communication, confined space, fire fighting, emergency response plan to develop on awareness and skills of employees.
- Coordinating and ensuring that all personnel are in occupational health and safety conformance
- To ensure employee and contractor working on the site area is in compliance with policy and safety procedures.
- Maintain safety records and other related documents. Making changes to working practices that are safe and comply with safety regulation.
- Provide and control the work permit for contractor and worker to ensure that the work covered by a work permit to be executed in a safe and controlled manner.
- Inspect and implement an appropriate level of safety equipment and function, fire detection system, fire fighting system, personal protective equipment, emergency procedures, first-aid facilities, safety/warning signs associated with the operation, maintenance and construction activity.
- Create and organize the safety activities to enhance associates’ safety awareness.
- Communicating chemical hazards to workers who must handle the hazardous materials under the Hazard Communication Programs, written programs/labeling/MSDS etc.
- Develop plant safety and occupational health policy, rules, regulation and O&M manuals to comply with a safety requirements in contractual agreement.
- Perform as a team leader to carry out an investigation and analysis of all accidents / incidents, safety risk assessment and occupational illness in order to prevent reoccurrence and provide measures for accident prevention.
- Planning and conduct training related to Occupational Health and Safety at work e.g. Fire drill, Emergency response plan, fire fighting, hazardous communication., etc. in order that all staff and contractors have adequate knowledge to work in their environment. Increase awareness to reduce potential risk associated with those hazards
- Set up audit plan to monitor the working environment (sound, light, heat) to reduce potential risk on occupational health and safety at work and advise recommendation to correct and improve as needed.
- Performing any duties in a safe and economical manner, taking reasonably care of the occupational health and safety, avoiding unsafe shortcuts or fail to follow established procedures that might negatively impact on safety and occupational health.
- Perform routine site inspection for fire fighting, fire detection and safety equipment together with O&M teams.
- Prepare Occupational health and safety documents, internal and external audit to ensure the compliance of applicable laws, regulations and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Monitoring the operation of the permit to work procedure by the O&M team, updating the Authorized Signatory List to control specific work activities in a safe and controlled manner.
- Provide the hazardous material information and list of chemicals presented to employees through the written mediums of labels and material safety datasheet.
- Organize and conduct safety committee meeting and coordinating for Safety Committee Audit.

- Manager - Safety is expected to work closely with O&M teams and SSC Insurance and Safety to develop, implement and control safety activities related to group's occupational safety management, including assessing hazardous and unsafe situations to assure personnel safety and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, international standards, and contractual agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and maintain SSC occupational health and safety policy, rules and regulations, health program. Formulate and update safe work procedures, manuals, and work instructions to ensure that the work is performed while minimizing risks to people, equipment, materials, environment, and process.
- Training and developing team members knowledge and skills.
- Developing and maintaining Occupational Health and Safety Management System, plant safety and occupational health policy, rules, regulation for overall activities in the Power Plants to comply with a safety requirement in contractual agreement, international standards, and prudent practices.
- Ensuring continuous development of Occupational Health and Safety Management system including risk management, safety activities, safety culture campaign, food safety management, legal compliance, tools and safety equipment inspection and work environment monitoring program.
- Ensure the effective occupational health and safety control through implementing a safety monitoring program and following up on corrective action, and responsible in the overall occupational safety and health committee meeting.
- Provide consultation and advice on safety regulations, unsafe condition / unsafe action to employee, contractors and third parties (e.g., Job Safety Environment Analysis (JSEA), toolbox meeting). Report and follow up corrective/preventive actions by checking and recording the results.
- Ensuring continuous development of Occupational Health and Safety Management system including risk management, safety activities, safety culture campaign, food safety management, legal compliance, tools and safety
- Planning and conduct training related to Occupational Safety and Health at work e.g., hot work, work at height, confined space, Lock Out Tag Qut., etc.in order that all staff and contractors have adequate knowledge to work in their environment. - Perform as a team leader to investigate and analysis of all accidents / incidents and prepare overall safety performance reports such as safety statistic, near miss report, incident report, health check-up report etc. as well as to further improve safety performance as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the O&M team and external government agencies to execute emergency drills and exercises in accordance with the emergency response plan as part of business continuity plan.
- Planning the overall safety budget including personal protective equipment, firefighting equipment, occupational safety, and health consultation.
- Coordination and making relationship with external parties (such as Lao government and regulatory agencies) for the official documents, power plant site visit, and coordination meeting.
- Other tasks following SSC Insurance and Safety's assignment or company policy.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years' experience in Safety Officer Professional Level
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Science or related field
- Implementation and execution of ISO 45001:2018 management systems standards

Bangpa-in Cogeneration Limited
Founded in 2011, Bangpa-in Cogeneration Company Limited (BIC) is a Small Power Producer (SPP) Cogeneration that collaborates with business partners and the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) to develop and operate a combined capacity of approximately 120 MW.
BIC is a producer and distributor of electricity and steam from the natural gas-fired cogeneration power The company operates two facilities: Bangpa-in Cogeneration Power Plant 1 and 2. Both power plants are located in Bang Pa-in Industrial Estate, Amphoe Bang Pa-in, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Bangpa-in Cogeneration Power Plant 1 has an installed capacity of 118 MW of electricity and 20 tons of steam per hour. The power plant has a Power Purchase Agreement with EGAT to sell 90 MW of electricity for a period of 25 years from the Commercial Operation Date, with the remainder of electricity and steam to be sold to industrial operators in Bang Pa-in Industrial Estate.

- Manage monitoring and inspection of reservoir, embankment, and face slab movement, water level/seepage and other environmental issues which are conducted by EGAT/EDL at Nam Ngum 2 Hydro Power Plant (NN2). Primary duties
