“CKPower” receives “Excellent” CG scoring for the fourth consecutive year
CK Power Public Company Limited (CKPower), stock symbol “CKP”, has received the scoring of “Excellent” in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) for the fourth consecutive year, reflecting the Company’s continuous development and excellent adaptability as well as the emphasis it has placed on sustainability, covering environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. This achievement also testifies to CKPower’s adherence to the principle of transparent disclosure and consideration of the roles of stakeholders, in line with the expectations of investors.
Organized by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) with the support of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), CGR surveyed and monitored the corporate governance performance of all 716 SET-listed companies to ensure the development of corporate governance in Thailand.
