Summary of Responsibilities
  • Engineering Supervisor - Purchasing is the person who responsible for purchasing of an array of products linked to the overall engineering field, including civil, mechanic, chemical and electrical and work with suppliers to ensure products needed to complete projects are available when required and are up to quality specifications, also can act as negotiators for price with suppliers and make sure that purchasing agreements comply with rules defined in corporate procedure.
Responsibilities
  • Manage resources and activities required for the completion of high value purchase transactions, including sourcing, planning, and expediting purchase orders to support fulfilment of production schedules and spare parts orders.
  • Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.

BANGPA-IN COGENERATION LIMITED

Founded in 2011, Bangpa-in Cogeneration Company Limited (BIC) is a Small Power Producer (SPP) Cogeneration that collaborates with business partners and the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) to develop and operate a combined capacity of approximately 120 MW.

BIC is a producer and distributor of electricity and steam from the natural gas-fired cogeneration power The company operates two facilities: Bangpa-in Cogeneration Power Plant 1 and 2. General Summary

SSC Safety Specialist is expected to manage overall occupational safety activities occupational safety for CKP group and to work closely with each subsidiary company to develop, implement, maintain group's occupational safety standards and procedures. With good understanding of each power plant and construction projects, investigate, analyze, and monitor occupational safety risk and statistics leading to corrective and/or preventive actions.

Primary duties:
Common Responsibilities in SSC:
  • Create monthly reports for MD of subsidiary companies and related person (s) on work progress and issues regarding occupational safety related scopes.

Bangpa-in Cogeneration Limited

Bangpa-in Cogeneration Limited

Bangpa-in Cogeneration Limited or BIC is founded in year 2011 which is a Small Power Producer (SPP) Cogeneration joining with its business partners submitted to Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) and other business partners for the purpose of undertaking the development and implementation of an approximately 238 MW.

Location: Ayutthaya, Thailand

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Under the general direction from the Mechanical Leader, maintaining and repairing all equipment in the plant. Performing any duties necessary to keep the plant running in a safe and economical manner.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Performing preventive maintenance work order assigned
  • Making repairs in areas of expertise and assisting other in making repairs to all equipment
  • Assisting in installation of any new equipment as required and directed
  • Assisting in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment including pumps, gear boxes, piping, and compressors
  • Communicating effectively and accurately using both oral and written skills
  • Assisting in performance of any operating activities directed by Mechanical Leader or Maintenance Manager
  • Writing up required materials and submitting for approval
  • Performing cleaning duties as required and assigned
  • Taking actions necessary to prevent any failures
  • Continually checking all phases of operation for difficulties or irregularities, troubleshooting as necessary
  • Maintaining journals, logs, maintenance and equipment records and various reports
  • Performing other duties assigned by Mechanical Leader or Maintenance Manager
  • Being trained as operator, shift leader
  • Becoming familiar with plant operations
  • Performing any duties in a safe and economical manner, taking reasonably care of the health and safety, avoiding unsafe shortcuts or fail to follow established procedures that might negatively impact on health, safety or the environment
  • Being aware and playing a vital role considering the essential of Environmental Management in accordance with ISO System
  • Other task following supervisor’s assignment or company policy
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Mechanical or other related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years in experience in SPP/Cogeneration Power Plant or industrial operating plant.
  • Knowledge of gas turbine LM6000PD
  • Good command of English.
  • Able to work at Ayutthaya province.
